1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FocusPost application ("App") and all related services provided by FocusPost ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Service Description

FocusPost is a browser-based application that monitors your sitting posture and tracks your focus using computer vision technology. All processing is done locally in your browser via WebAssembly.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Membership

Access to the App requires a one-time Lifetime License purchase of $1.00. The license grants unlimited access across up to 5 devices.

Membership grants you full access to all features of the App. Membership fees are processed through Waffo payment system and are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as determined by Waffo's refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing and features at any time, with prior notice to members.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App to harm or harass others
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, including but not limited to code, graphics, and trademarks, are the property of FocusPost and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

FocusPost is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional for posture-related concerns.

Important: All data processing is performed locally in your browser. We do not store or process your data on our servers.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUSPOST BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Payment Processing and Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Waffo, our secure payment service provider. By purchasing a membership, you agree to Waffo's terms of service and privacy policy.

FocusPost offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase for first-time members. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@getfocuspost.online with your account email and transaction details.

Once a refund is processed, your membership will be terminated and all associated benefits will be revoked. Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days and credited back to your original payment method, subject to Waffo's refund processing times.

For payment-related issues or chargeback inquiries, you may also contact Waffo's support team directly through your Waffo account.
